BangSilog

The most common Filipino breakfast, silog is a word combining sinangag (fried rice) and itlog (egg) and is used to refer to any of the myriad of flavorsome, filling breakfasts that feature these ingredients. Tocilog, or tocino silog, is sweet cured pork served with rice and a fried egg. Silog is usually served with chili sauce or banana ketchup on the side.

Ice Maple Capuccino


Ice Maple Capuccino Ingredients:
1 can (410g) CARNATION Evaporated milk
4 tsp NESCAFÉ Red Cup
500 ml NESTLE BUCKINGHAM Vanilla Ice cream
Ice cubes
2 tbsp Maple syrup
100 ml Whipping cream 30% (whipped.)
1 tsp NESQUIK Chocolate powder
100 ml Water

Fresh Mango Shake

Minutes to Prepare: 5
Minutes to Cook: 5
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

2 cups 1% milk
4 tablespoons frozen mango juice
(or 1 fresh pitted mango)
1 small banana
2 ice cubes

Directions
Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend until foamy. Serve immediately.

Variations: Instead of mango juice, try orange juice, papaya, or strawberries.
